I have read an article from the Harvard Business Review website with the above title written by Maura Thomas and I think it's interesting enough to share with you. I am, personally, one of the person who blast e-mails late at night, just as soon as they get into my mind so that I will not forget them, but reading this article made me realize that it's wrong.
